W/C multilayer mirror

We provide hard X-ray mirrors that efficiently reflect high-energy X-rays exceeding 1 keV. A multilayer mirror suitable for narrow-band reflection at oblique incidence angles exceeding the critical angle can be used as a spectroscopic element, and a single-layer film mirror suitable for broadband reflection at oblique incidence angles less than the critical angle can be used as a low-pass filter.
We also offer focusing mirrors with various substrate shapes.
