Manufacturer's site (English)

HP Spectroscopy's compact CF63 footprint camera was developed specifically for VUV/XUV/X-ray spectroscopy and imaging applications. This camera excels in low light conditions.

maxCAM uses back-illuminated sensors with up to 95% quantum efficiency, low-noise electronics and thermoelectric cooling down to ambient temperatures of -80°C, making dark counts negligible.
easyCAM achieves a quantum efficiency of 40% in the wavelength range of 100 nm to 300 nm, where conventional XUV cameras could not achieve high efficiency.

Application examples: high-order harmonics observation, EUV plasma emission observation, X-ray microscope

MCP/CMOS camera- Low-noise detector

Manufacturer's site (English)

HP Spectroscopy's MCP-based detectors offer excellent performance in many applications.
Under extremely low photon count conditions, e.g., a few per hour, the required acquisition time can be several hours. Multichannel plates in combination with low-noise CMOS cameras at dark count rates of 1/s/ cm² make such measurements possible.

Application examples: high-order harmonics observation, EUV plasma emission observation, X-ray microscope
