Q1: What are the main features of Rust Preventive Powder Coating powder coating?

Thermoplastic polyester resin powder coating designed to maintain anti-corrosion performance for 35 years or more even in severely corrosive environments such as salt-damaged areas.
The object to be coated is heated to approximately 300°C, and the Rust Preventive Powder Coating is baked to apply the coating.
By sweep blasting the galvanized surface of the object to be coated, the coating film of Rust Preventive Powder Coating adheres strongly (approximately 7 MPa).
A coating thickness of 300 μm or more can be secured with one coating.
Since it does not use organic solvents, it is a paint that is friendly to the human body and the environment.

Q2: What are the paintable sizes?

Pole shape: Φ350mm, straight pipe or tapered pipe up to 11m in length
Box-shaped: Items up to 100 x 100 x 50 cm in size
Plate: Objects up to 150 x 200 cm in size

Etc. Please inquire about the availability of painting on other shapes. Both require a steel thickness of 3 mm or more.

Q3: Can you do on-site painting?

A: Since it is necessary to heat the parts to a high temperature (approximately 300°C), on-site painting is not possible. It becomes the factory painting in the specialized processing maker.

Q4: Is the color adjustable?

A: The color can be adjusted, and we can provide it as an approximate color. Gray and brown are available as standard colors.

Q5: What kind of achievements do you have?

A: It is used for steel pipe poles, utility pole accessories, steel towers, emergency phone storage boxes in tunnels, windbreak fences, etc.
