ADS-MPO finished silica polishing film is a new generation polishing film that builds upon the know-how of the world-standard ADS final polishing film, specifically improved for multi-core optical connectors. It offers the same level of finish as single-core films, and furthermore, achieves a Coredip value of "0" (convex shape) for multimode fibers.

Especially for multimode fibers, it is possible to polish the core to a convex shape by eliminating the core dent (Coredip) that adversely affects the optical properties (IL/RL).
Achieves low reflectivity comparable to single-core connectors.
Abrasive refining technology cultivated in ADS film minimizes the process-affected layer, enabling multi-fiber optical connectors to achieve low reflection comparable to single-fiber connectors.
